Well, a similar system takes place at the National Aquarium of Zealand – only they’re monitoring their penguins’ behaviour rather than any children.

The aquarium, which is situated in Napier on the North Island, is home to a population of little penguins who suffer with ‘serious injury or have disabilities such as blindness or amputations’.
